This agreement is held directly with the end customer, although may be included in the sale of the product as offered by a PACOM “Value-Added Reseller”. The PACOM SUA has been carefully designed to ensure maximum customer protection and to increase the value of your security investment by going beyond the benefits normally associated with a manufacturer’s standard software warranty.
Our SUA program ensures that every PACOM customer, no matter how big or small, can take advantage of free software maintenance updates and upgrades to the full version releases each renewal year. The program provides a simple way to keep up-to-date with the latest security technology for much less than that offered through full product pricing.
In addition, we reward loyal customers with supplementary unique benefits, including access to product-specific technical support and free firmware maintenance updates for all PACOM hardware products.
